Almost all of the recent event buildings provide tons of population and can be upgraded as you advance to higher eras. Play through one event first to obtain a fully upgraded event building. Don't age up too quickly, or it won't be able to keep up. Population can be covered by a Babel early on. Goods can become an issue early on, you need a decent number of wells (a dozen or more) for some good-demanding quests and negotiations. You will get plenty of goods, coins and supplies from wells. A few production buildings and 2 barracks will be required for many quests, also a little bit of free space for building/happiness quests. what is the most efficent way to create the city Just read up on the event in advance and decide.ฤก. this summer event wasn't WW friendly (due to it not having explicit daily prizes and having to either waste currency to re-roll or check constantly), but this spring event was (fairly simple quests, decent chances, extra WW early on as a milestone reward, great event building). You should then decide on a per-event basis if you have the time to do more than that. In most events, a few quests will complete just by collecting and you'll gain some currency just for logging in, so you can often get 3-4 wells or so per world without much effort. Meanwhile collecting wells on a dozen worlds is simple, quick and can be done during any sort of down-time or while watching a video or whatever, and requires no large-scale planning. You can also get some from GE, recurring quests, the continental map and seed vault, but all of those require waaay more time (and resource) investment, so you probably won't have the time to pull that off on more than 1 or 2 worlds. Building pure wishing well farms on all worlds is certainly the most time-efficient way.
